The Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple method used to assess body weight in relation to height. It helps determine whether a person is underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.
The Body Roundness Index (BRI) is designed to evaluate body fat distribution and assess health risks related to body shape. It assigns a score indicating body fat distribution, with a higher score reflecting more abdominal fat and associated health risks.

The heart is a large muscle whose job is to pump blood through the blood vessels. Blood vessels carry blood to all parts of the body. Every time the heart beats, it pushes blood through these vessels, creating pressure.

Cholesterol is a vital, waxy substance in the bloodstream used to create new cells. However, excessive cholesterol can be harmful. The bad cholesterol can lead to the buildup of plaque in your arteries and restrict blood flow.

Diabetes is a disorder of the body that causes blood glucose (blood sugar) levels to rise higher than normal. To determine whether someone has diabetes, certain blood values are measured. These include, in particular, the fasting blood glucose value.
