How to get there

Public transportation

U-Bahn (Subway): Line U4 or U5: Get off at Max-Weber-Platz station, then it’s about a 10-minute walk to the location.

S-Bahn (Suburban train): All lines (S1-S8) to Ostbahnhof. From there, either walk about 15 minutes or take the tram.

Tram: Line 15 or 25: Get off at Ostbahnhof, then transfer to tram line 19 and get off at Max-Weber-Platz.

Bus: Bus line 100: Get off at Friedensengel/Villa Stuck bus stop.

By car & parking

From the Highway A94: Take the exit for Munich-Steinhausen and follow Einsteinstraße towards Max-Weber-Platz.

Parking: Parking garages are available in the vicinity. Please be mindful of local parking regulations.

On foot or by bicycle: The location is easily accessible by foot or bicycle, especially from the nearby area. Plan your route using well-known navigation apps or maps.

1. Stand upright with your feet together and breathe out naturally.

2. Find your natural waistline, which is the narrowest area between your ribcage and hips.

3. Measure your waist:

  • If using a tape measure, wrap it around your waist, keeping it level with the floor.
  • If you don’t have a tape measure, use a string, mark where it meets, and measure that length with a ruler.

4. Take the measurement after a normal exhale, without pulling in or pushing out your stomach.
