Healthy sleep is the be-all and end-all in order to start the next day full of energy again. Body and mind can recover during the night and recharge their batteries. However, restful sleep is not a matter of course – around 30% of the population struggles with sleeping problems, such as trouble falling or staying asleep1. Those affected report nervous tension and inner unrest – their thoughts go around in circles and a sleepless night is inevitable. Imbalance and a lack of concentration on the next day are the result. A number of herbal ingredients can help to improve sleep quality.

L-tryptophan, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, lemon balm extract (11.2%), valerian root extract (11.2%), ascorbic acid, hop cone extract (5.6%), nicotinamide, anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids, maltodextrin, colours titanium dioxide, iron oxides and iron hydroxides and indigo carmine, coating agent shellac, emulsifier propane-1,2-diol (propylene glycol), acidity regulator ammonium hydroxide.
Store in a dry place at no more than 25°C.
